Chicken Parm Panini

Level of difficulty: EASY
Family Rating: 4 star
The day I go to the grocery store
I usually will buy a dinner for that night that is pre-made or one that I have to do very little with.
We shop at Publix.
(Who in my opinion has the best fried chicken strips and sub bread.)
So grab some strips, loafs, pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Put it all together and press in a panini maker!
Done.
Eat.
Enjoy.

30th birthday beach bash

I turned 30 in July...
and the best way to celebrate...
is to have a beach party...
We started the afternoon in the pool.

They showed us their beach bodies.

We drank responsibly.

With tropical umbrellas in our drinks.

No beach party is complete with out the coconuts.

My oldest and dearest friends were there.
Only one was missing.

I had lots of fun with my love.

They sang me happy birthday...
I made a wish...
and he helped blow out the candles.

We ate the most scrumptious cake.

Thank you to all that were there,
I had a great time turning thirty!

The Great Smokey Mountains

It was a long ride up...
Through long windy roads and tunnels where we beeped our horn.
Until we arrived to the Great Smokey Mountains!
Of Course we had to stop for some peanuts,
no road trip is the same with out these!
We looked out...
We looked over.
We went all the way to the top.
We went on a bear hunt...
We left the stick for the bear...
to help him build his house!
We roasted marshmallows by the fire.
Saw my brother get married!
Had a good time!
And just couldn't resist the
Dillard House breakfast on the way home.

The Lee's...

This is us. Hubby+Wife. Momma+Dadda to our three year old.

This is him. Our son. Taylor. He is 3 1/2. He is full of life.
This is all of us. Our fairy-tale in progress.
